Still grieving quietly
Our cat passed away in December. Ben was clearly shaken by this at the time, but he didn't want to talk about it much. I think that's just his personality. This morning he and I were watching the neighbor's dog through the window, and he said, "I wish there was a way to un-die Virginia, so that she could be with us for awhile longer."

Aww, that is so sad, am sure he misses the cat. Its terrible when pets die. Hope he learns to deal with the loss. I am so sorry Ben !!
Oh, that breaks my heart - so very sweet and sad at the same time. Nolan still talks about our cat Pete, too, and is very sweet to Teddy (who is still alive). Grief is a hard thing.

So sorry to hear about your cat. It's nice Ben is talking about it, even two months later. We have two, and I can only imagine if one of them passed. We'd all be heartbroken.
