Yesterday: "Is today the actual day of you guys's anniversary?" [The answer was yes. We loved the "you guys's" construction!]
Last night at the beginning of dinner, Neil put plates on the table and said, "Is there anything else we need from the kitchen?" Ben's response: "We're all set, thanks." [I guess we've been going to too many restaurants lately!]
Why is a mindset still there?

I love, love, love the incidental and spontaneous language! Nolan's recent favorite has been, "Well, I think it would be a good idea."
I just love the casual use of phrases they overhear. Did you like Toronto? We need to renew my passport and get the boys passports, but I really want to check out the Toronto Zoo and the science center up there. I have a feeling the boys would LOVE it!
Aww - Happy Anniversary!
And, heh, at least he didn't ask for the check! My son just reopened his "restaurant" which involves me paying for the privledge of serving him. We clearly don't eat out ENOUGH.
